POLAND – A Frewsburg woman drove her vehicle into a ditch at the intersection of Buffalo Street Extension and Falconer-Frewsburg Road Wednesday evening as she was allegedly driving while intoxicated, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Jessica M. Harvey, 38, is charged with DWI, DWI Per Se, and multiple traffic violations. Harvey will answer her charges in Poland Town Court at a later date.
