Man Charged With Insurance Fraud, Falsifying Records

JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown man is facing charges after the New York State Department of Labor alleged he received unemployment benefits while employed.

New York State Police said that Daniel MaGee, 42, allegedly recived benifits totaling more than $3,000 for a period of around five months while working.

MaGee is charged with third-degree insurance fraud and 10 counts of first-degree falsifying business records.











MaGee was processed by New York State Police. He is scheduled to appear in City of Jamestown Court at a later date.
