RANDOLPH – Authorities seized packaged bags of crystal methamphetamine that were packaged for sale, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia following a raid Wednesday evening at 128 Main St. Front Apt., according to the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
Mark Maio, 34, and Brittany Dellahoy, 28, both of the above address, and Brandon Smith, 32, of 107 Wescott St., Lower Apt, Jamestown, were all arrested following the joint investigation into the selling of illegal narcotics by the Olean office of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Taskforce and Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force.
Maio and Dellahoy are both charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, while Smith is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.
All three defendants were taken to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing. They were arraigned at the Town of Conewango Court, and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail without bail.
Jamestown Police Captain Robert Samuelson released the following quote to media: “We (JPD) assisted in this investigation and the names of the charged are common and known to us here in Jamestown. We believe that this is a significant arrest for a large supplier of meth into the Jamestown area and the Southern Tier.”
“This was a significant joint effort investigation that yielded about a pound and a half of meth.”
