JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man was issued appearance tickets after he was arrested during a traffic stop Thursday evening.

Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies have charged Jonathan R. Barlow, 46, of Jamestown with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate headlights.

The stop was made at 8:08 p.m. Thursday on Steele Street. Deputies said they stopped Barlow for a headlight issue. He was issued an appearance ticket.
