OTTO – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested an Otto man on a menacing bench warrant out of Tonawanda at about 8 a.m. Friday at his residence on North Otto Road.
Deputies said Darin L. Bates, 20, of 9804 North Otto Rd., was arrested remanded to the City of Tonawanda Police Department and is scheduled to be in court at a later date.
