Duo Charged With Possession Following Raid Of City Apartment

JAMESTOWN – Two people were charged after Jamestown Police executed a search warrant at 42 W. 10th St. Thursday afternoon.

Ryan J. Stills, 32, and Warren E. Dinkens, 55, were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after Jamestown Police said they found a quantity of crack cocaine containing fentanyl and drug paraphernalia for the use of drug sales inside.

Police said the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force raided the house after numerous tips and complains were sent in from the community.


Investigators said the duo is currently waiting arraignment on the charges. Police said additional charges will also be filed as fentanyl was discovered.

Police urge anyone with information on the illegal sales and trafficking of narcotics to leave an anonymous tip at 483-8477 or via the Tip 411 App.

Members of the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force were assisted by the New York State Police K9 unit.
