FALCONER – On Wednesday, Town of Ellicott Police responded to a report of a previous domestic incident in the Village of Falconer.
Brandon M. Gifford, no age or address given, allegedly subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact while there was a child less than 17 years old present. Gifford was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
Gifford was arrested on an arrest warrant and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail pending arraignment.
Gifford is due to appear in the Town of Ellicott court at a later date to answer to the charges.
