ELLICOTT – On Wednesday, Town of Ellicott Police charged a woman after an incident which occurred last Friday.
Jennifer L. Stewart, no address or age given, was charged with second-degree harassment after an altercation occurred Feb. 8,no location given.
Police allege Stewart struck another individual multiple times during the incident.
Stewart is due to appear in the Town of Ellicott court at a later date to answer to the charge.
