Man Charged Following Tuesday Morning Drug Raid

JAMESTOWN – A man is facing charges after the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force raided a McKinley Avenue House Tuesday morning.

Antonio A. Sanders Jr., 29, was arrested after Jamestown Police executed a search warrant at 162 McKinley Ave just before 9 a.m.

Police said inside they found a quantity of crack cocaine, powder cocaine and packaging material for the sales and distribution of illegal drugs.


Sanders was charged with third-degree felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, and seventh-degree criminal using drug paraphernalia.

Police additionally charged Sanders with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child as they said there were three small children inside the house during the raid.

Police said the raid is a result of drug agents receiving information that crack cocaine was being sold from the house.
