ELLICOTT – A City of Jamestown man was arrested early Tuesday morning following an alleged domestic incident at the North Main Street McDonald’s.
Edward J. English, 20, is charged with aggravated family offense and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation after the Town of Ellicott Police responded to the restaurant around 1:30 a.m.
Police said English was taken to Chautauqua County Jail to await centralized arraignment on the charges.
Ellicott Police said they were assisted by City of Jamestown Police, who also responded to the call.
