JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man allegedly stole a set of tools from a person’s house, according to the New York State Police.

Police said that Ryan Paulisick, 25, was at the complainant’s house for an unrelated matter, and the complainant realized that several of his tools were gone after Paulisick left.

A third party reportedly observed many of the missing items in Paulisick’s truck and inside his residence immediately following Paulisick’s visit with the complainant.

Paulisick was arrested Tuesday, processed and released with appearance tickets. He is charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. Paulisick is scheduled to appear in the Town of Poland Court later this month to answer the charges.
