Woman Charged With Warrant And Protection Order Violation

JAMESTOWN – During a routine warrant check, Jamestown Police arrested a city woman on a warrant and on a charge of violating an order of protection.

At 10:03 p.m. Thursday police did a warrant check at 35 Barrows. Caroline R.Penhollow, 21, was charged with warrants and second-degree criminal contempt. Police said she had an order to stay away from the address. She was remanded to the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
