Ellicott Police Charge Man In Domestic Dispute

ELLICOTT – Ellicott Police report that they arrested a man after he allegedly struck a victim in the back of the head with a closed fist, and he also allegedly kicked the victim in the shin, during a domestic dispute on Friday at an unidentified location in the Town of Ellicott.

Jacob W. Webster, 24, is charged with second-degree harassment. Webster was taken to Chautauqua County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
