JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man is accused of punching a female in the face during a domestic dispute at a Hallock Street address Thursday evening, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Police said that the suspect, Travis J. Spencer, 31, also had an order of protection against him.
Spencer was located off scene and arrested.
Spencer was taken to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment, and he is charged with second-degree harassment, two counts of first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.
