
GLASSBORO, N.J. – For most anyone who has been a fan of professional wrestling, certain names stand out. King Kong Bundy was one of them.
Bundy died at age 61 on Monday, according to promoter David Herro. He posted the news on Facebook, saying “Today we lost a Legend and a man I consider family.”
Bundy, his real name was Christopher Pallies, made his World Wrestling Federation debut in 1981. He was a huge, giant of a man who leaves behind family, friends and countless fans.
Bundy’s biggest match was a WrestleMania cage match with Hulk Hogan, which Bundy lost.
