PORTLAND – A Town of Portland man was arrested Sunday after the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an unwanted man inside a residence.
Deputies said Frederick S. Brown, 34, was found in a barn on the Rt. 20 property.
Brown was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Deputies said he was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail to await Centralized arraignment.
