KENNEDY – New York State Police arrested a Kennedy man Tuesday who was wanted for a retail theft in Warren County, PA.
Troopers said that Ralph Pratt, 55, was taken into custody at the Poland Center Trailer Park after they received a tip he was staying there.
Police said Pratt was processed at State Police Jamestown Barracks and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
