St. Susan Center To Hold 16th Annual Basket Fair Next Month

JAMESTOWN – St. Susan Center will hold their 16th annual Basket Fair Saturday, April 6th at 11 a.m. at Jamestown Community College’s physical education building.

Event coordinators said for $10 participants will receive 12 basket raffel tickets and 2 door prize raffel tickets, or for $20 a super sheet of tickets that includes 30 basket raffel tickets and 4 door prize tickets.

Tickets will be available until 1:45 p.m. Winning tickets will be drawn starting at 2:00 p.m.



Guests can expect over 100 baskets and gift certificates to choose from including baskets for movie goers, men, women, treats, and fun baskets for children.

There are three Grand Prizes this year, $500 in cash, a pair of kayaks, and a professional Kitchen Aid mixer, air fryer, and mini chopper. Grand prize tickets are $10.00 each or 3 for $ 25.00.

St. Susan Center will also have a variety of food items on sale at the “Comfort Café,” including an assortment of wraps by Elegant Edibles, soups, salads, desserts and a variety of beverages.



“Every basket and gift certificate represents the generosity of individuals, businesses, churches, and organizations who have donated to help raise money for our soup kitchen,” said St. Susan’s Executive Director Bonny Scott-Sleight. “St. Susan Center continues to make a difference in Jamestown through the kindness and generosity of the community. We want to thank Jamestown Awning and Wegmans for their continued support as this year’s Basket Fair sponsors.”
