JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown man is facing charges after the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said he stole a debit card from a business.

Deputies said that Gary Warren III, 26, allegedly took the debit card from a business in the Town of Ellery sometime in mid-February.

A warrant was issued for Warren’s arrest on charges of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, second-degree identity theft and third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification information.

Deputies said Warren was arrested on Saturday and held in Sheriff’s custody pending arraignment.
