Randolph Man Arrested For Allegedly Driving With BAC More Than Twice Legal Limit

RANDOLPH – A Randolph man was arrested after he allegedly drove while intoxicated last Friday, according to the New York State Police.

James Olson, 34, was pulled over on Cold Spring Road after he was allegedly driving 80 MPH in a 30 MPH. Olson was arrested after he reportedly failed numerous field sobriety tests, and provided a breath sample of .17 at SP Jamestown.

Olson was then processed, issued tickets and released. Olson is scheduled to appear in the Town of Randolph Court at a later date.
