Ripley Man Hit With Harassment, Mischief Charges Following Altercation

RIPLEY – A Ripley man was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief following a reported altercation at Thursday night, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department.

Deputies and Westfield Police responded to a Ripley address, where they said Isiah T. Fuentes, 19, allegedly hit a person and damaged the victim’s property.

Fuentes was arrested and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment.
