JAMESTOWN – A city couple was arrested after Jamestown Police allegedly heard them arguing when they responded to a domestic complaint just before midnight Tuesday.
Eliel Rodriguez, 24, 1103 Prendergast Ave., Apt. 2, and Lizaida Rosa-Garcia, 25, same address, were found to both be in violation of a protection order. Police charged the pair with second-degree criminal contempt and an aggravated family offense.
