WARREN – A motion requesting a continuance was granted on Wednesday in Warren County Court in the case against Michael C. Shreve, 22, of Ashville, who is charged in connection with a December stabbing in Sugar Grove. 

Court documents obtained by WNYNewsNow Friday morning state that a calendar call is scheduled for Jun. 3rd at 9 a.m. Shreve faces several charges, including attempted criminal homicide and aggravated assault, in connection with a stabbing that occurred on Dec. 22 in Sugar Grove Township.

Documents indicated that Shreve was able to post a $100,000 bail on Dec. 28. Shreve was originally arrested at an Ashville residence on Christmas Day.
