Dunkirk Trio Arrested For Sale Of Drugs After Several Month-long Investigation

DUNKIRK – Three City of Dunkirk residents were arrested on drug charges Friday after a several month-long investigation by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. 

Investigators said on Friday they raided 49 E. 2nd St. in the City of Dunkirk.

Jose E Rodriguez Jr., 45, Christian Manual Padilla-Rivera, 29, and Aixmary Rodriguez-Rosa, 35, are charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.


Investigators said they found a large quantity of cash inside the house.

All three were transported to the Dunkirk City Police Department’s jail pending arraignment.
