ELLICOTT – A Jamestown teen is charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after Town of Ellicott Police said they responded to a criminal mischief complaint outside of a residence within the town on March 21.

Kayla M. Haines, 18, was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Ellicott Court, and was released to Jamestown Police on similar charges that occurred in the City of Jamestown.

Haines also faces a third-degree criminal mischief after investigators from the Jamestown Police Department said they struck parked vehicles in Jamestown and surrounding area on March 21.
