Fredonia Woman Charged With Child Endangerment During Domestic Incident

FREDONIA – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies charged a Fredonia woman with endangering the welfare of a child after an alleged domestic incident on Woodcrest Avenue in the Town of Pomfret, 9:30 Saturday morning.

Deputies reported that Nicole R. Ostrye, 27, hit a victim several times while the victim was holding a 6-month-old baby during a physical altercation.
Ostrye was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to await arraignment.
