JAMESTOWN –  Rebels players Alex Frye, James Crossman and Ryan Keane were all recognized, although none of the three took home North American Hockey League players of the month in March in their respective positions in the East.

Frye, a forward, was an honorable mention in the East Division. He tallied 12 points in March, scoring four goals and dishing eight assists.

Frye also leads the team in all three scoring categories, netting 29 goals and assisting on 26 others for 55 points in 58 games played.

Frye is committed to play for the University of Alaska at Anchorage this fall.

Playing defenseman for the Rebels, Crossman netted one goal and assisted on four others for five points, earning himself, like Frye, an honorable mention.

Crossman, a Brown University athletic committed player, has one goal and six assists in 16 games played for the Rebels since being acquired from the Odessa Jackapoles in February.

Keane earned runner-up honors for the goaltender position in March.

During the month between the pipes, Keane went 3-1 allowing 1.25 goals a game. Keane also had a save percentage of 0.955 during the month of March.

This season, Keane is 23-10-1-1 in 36 games played for the Rebels, which includes three shutout victories.

Keane is allowing 1.81 goals per game and has a 0.927 save percentage.
