JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Police responded to  a report of a suspicious person at 8:34 a.m. Saturday at 102 McKinley Ave.

Tony L. Fish, 34, allegedly lied to Police about who he was, Police said. Fish was wanted on a second-degree burglary warrant, according to Police. He was arrested and transported to the City Jail, where Police said they found him to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

He was charged with the burglary warrant and also false personation, criminally using drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was held pending arraignment.
