KENNEDY – New York State Police said a traffic stop Sunday on Route 62 lead to the arrest of a Kennedy man.

Deven Dudenhoeffer, 30, of Kennedy, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Dudenhoeffer was pulled over on Route 62 in Kennedy for traffic violations and after failing several field sobriety tests was arrested, Troopers said.

Dudenhoeffer was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .14, Troopers said. He was processed, issued traffic tickets and released. Dudenhoeffer is scheduled to appear in the Town of Poland Court later in the month.
