Harassment, Contempt Charges Placed Against Kennedy Man

TOWN OF POLAND – Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a reported harassment Monday in the Town of Poland and charged a Kennedy man.

Upon further investigation, Austin Muntz, 22, of Kennedy, was found to be in violation of an active stay away order of protection. Muntz was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Muntz was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail where he was held pending arraignment.
