HANOVER – A Forestville woman is charged with driving while intoxicated after her vehicle caught fire during an accident on Dennison Road Monday evening, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. 

Hilary Villafranca, 49, reportedly lost control of her vehicle and left the roadway. Deputies said the vehicle entered a ditch, struck a culvert, and overturned before catching fire.

A good Samaritan reportedly removed Villafranca from her vehicle. Villafranca faces multiple traffic violations, in addition to the DWI charge. Villafranca was issued traffic tickets.
