Jamestown Man Charged With Resisting Arrest

JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man allegedly resisted arrested following an incident Tuesday afternoon on West Sixth Street at Washington Street, according to the Jamestown Police Department. 

David C. Hanley, 38, was allegedly panhandling, according to police.

In addition, Hanley was allegedly speaking with a female that had an order of protection from Jamestown City Court against him.











Hanley is charged with second-degree criminal contempt and resisting arrest.

The man was taken to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
