ALBANY – Two state parks in Chautauqua County will receive state funding for improvements.

Midway State Park will receive $350,000 in capital improvement funding, while Lake Erie State Park will receive $75,000.

Lake Erie State Park plans to upgrade park utilities, while Midway is expected to use the money for continued park improvements.

New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo dished out more than $110 million in capital funding to continue his New York Parks 2020 initiative to revitalize state parks and support infrastructure projects.
