JAMESTOWN – A routine patrol by Jamestown Police ended with the arrest of a trio of men who were charged with drug and other crimes.

Jamestown Police said they saw a pickup truck driving on the sidewalk shortly before 4 p.m. Friday on Tiffany Avenue near Second Street. Police were unable to stop the vehicle until it traveled to Blackstone Avenue and Tiffany Avenue. During the stop, Police said they found 7.6 grams of cocaine and 5.4 grams of marijuana and a digital scale with residue on it.

Michael J.Pace-Segura, 22, Jamestown, Jesse J. Carbajal, 23, Jamestown, and Justin M. Spencer, 23, Falconer, were all charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana.

In addition, Spencer was charged with driving on the sidewalk, failure to comply with a lawful order and driving while impaired by drugs. They were taken to the City Jail, where they were being held pending arraignment.
