OLEAN – A City of Olean man was charged with forcible touching Friday after the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office said they received a complaint the day prior.
Frederick C. Reynolds, 60, of 1612 Haskell Rd., was issued an appearance ticket and is expected to return to the Town of Olean Court at a later date.
Sheriff deputies did not release any details of the Thursday incident.
