FORESTVILLE – A Gowanda man allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old man during an alleged burglary Wednesday at 4 Lodi Street, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. 

Nathan Crassi, 24, is charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Deputies said the 16-year-old male was treated for injuries at Lakeshore Hospital and released.

Crassi reportedly turned himself into State Police Collins before being handed over to the Sheriff’s Office.

Crassi was taken to Chautauqua County Jail and will be arraigned using the Centralized Arraignment Procedure.
