DAYTON – A 22-year-old man died Saturday morning in a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of East Leon and Wolf Roads, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the man, who wasn’t identified, lost control of his vehicle on a curve, causing him to leave the roadway and strike a tree.
The vehicle reportedly sustained heavy damage. Authorities said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation remains ongoing.
