JAMESTOWN – A City of Jamestown man was arrested Saturday after Jamestown Police said he grabbed a woman by the neck and threw her to the ground during a domestic incident at 30 Charles St.

Timmie D. Brown, 42, is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, fourth-degree criminal mischief and aggravated family offense.

Police said the woman’s two children witnessed the altercation and dialed 911 for help.

Brown was arrested and taken to city jail pending arraignment.
