SHERIDAN – A City of Dunkirk man was charged after crashing his car on Center Road in the Town of Sheridan Monday.

Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies said that Nathaniel J. Harrell, 19, was allegedly traveling at an unsafe speed on Center Road when he exited the roadway crashing his vehicle.

Deputies said Harrell perviously had his New York State driving privileges suspended. Harrell was treated by medical personnel at the scene for minor injuries.

Harrell is charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speed not reasonable and prudent, and moved from lane unsafely.

He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sheridan Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
