KENNEDY – Two Cattaraugus County residents were uninjured in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday morning at the corner of Watkins and Waterboro Hill Roads, according to New York State Police.
A vehicle, driven by Matthew J. Capella, 36, of Springville, was traveling westbound on Watkins Road at Waterboro Hill Road when he reportedly failed to keep right and came into oncoming traffic.
Capella’s vehicle struck another vehicle, driven by Toddrick Shea Mason, 23, of Allegany. Both vehicles sustained major damage, according to police.
Capella was issued a traffic ticket in the accident.
