A Cloudy Start To Thursday Will Give Way To Sunshine In The Afternoon

JAMESTOWN – So far this Spring it’s been rather wet and stormy but over the next few days, the sun and warmth will return to the region.

As the afternoon progresses, clouds will break and some sunshine will return. Temperatures will hover around 70 degrees. It will be less humid as well.

The clouds will continue to clear overnight as temperatures drop into the upper-40’s. Some patchy fog may develop especially near the lakeshore and the river valley areas.

Sunshine and blue skies will continue into Friday. Temperatures will warm up into the upper-70’s.

Both weekend days look good for any outdoor activities. Both days will see plentiful sunshine and temperatures will be reach the lower-80’s.

The weather looks good for the Celoron Rib Fest as it continues Thursday through Saturday. In addition, the “Ollie’s Bargain Outlet All Star Circuit of Champions” at Stateline Speedway Saturday night gets the green light. It will be mostly clear with temperatures in the lower-50’s.

The rain will return heading into late Sunday and into Monday of next week with cooler temperatures in the lower 70’s.
