SILVER CREEK – A City of Dunkirk woman is facing charges following an alleged assault at 1 William St., Thursday.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office reports that Mayra Casado-Cruz, 22, allegedly assaulted a person during an altercation and caused injury to them.
Casado-Cruz is charged with third-degree assault.
Deputies said she was remanded to Chautauqua County Jail pending arraignment.
