ELLINGTON – A Sinclairville man allegedly engaged in sexual acts with a juvenile between June and August 2015 at a Thornton Road location, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. Frederick A. Nutt, Jr., 49, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. Nutt was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
