Man Allegedly Punches Wall At Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office During Processing

NORTH HARMONY – A Buffalo man allegedly resisted arrest physically during a traffic stop Sunday morning on Magnolia-Stedman Road, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. 

Michael R. Keyser, 37, was charged with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, failure to signal turn and refusing a preliminary breath test. Keyser was reportedly taken into custody after a brief struggle.

In addition, Keyser allegedly damaged a wall intentionally while at the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for processing.











Keyser was held at Chautauqua County Jail pending arraignment.
