Police Reportedly Find Children Sleeping In Deplorable, Unsanitary Conditions

JAMESTOWN – Two children were allegedly found to be sleeping in deplorable, unsanitary conditions during a response to a domestic dispute Tuesday morning at 6 Beech St., according to the Jamestown Police Department. 

Ashley L. Inserra, 31, of Jamestown, also allegedly damaged a computer tower belonging to the male half of the dispute.

Inserra was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree criminal mischief.











Inserra was taken to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.
