Woman Accused Of Driving Under Influence Of Drugs With Children In Car

JAMESTOWN – A woman is facing DWAI drug charges after police said she was driving under the influence of drugs with children in her vehicle early Tuesday morning.

Jamestown Police arrested Corina J. Baker, 23, after stopping her vehicle at the 7-Eleven convenience store on North Main Street Tuesday at 12:46 a.m.

Police said three small children, all under the age of five, were found inside the vehicle.











Baker is charged with failure to maintain lane, no/improper signal, driving while ability impaired by drugs, three counts of Leandra’s Law, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Also in the vehicle, Tyler N. Tedesco, 23, reportedly had two outstanding bench warrants from Jamestown City Court. Police said Tedesco was taken into custody.

Police said both were transported to Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
