SILVER CREEK – A Silver Creek man was allegedly in possession of small quantities of marijuana, cocaine and LSD during an investigation into a suspicious vehicle outside of a closed establishment on Central Avenue Monday, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Kevin M. Schunk, 28, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful possession of marijuana.
Schunk was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Village of Silver Creek court at a later date to answer to the charges.
