Jamestown Man Charged In Fifth Street Domestic

JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man was arrested Wednesday evening following a response to a possible order of protection at 351 E. 5th St., according to the Jamestown Police Department. 

Police said that a female told officers that a male, identified as Shell A. Raymond, 51, allegedly broke into her apartment and she believed he was still inside.

Officers reportedly located Raymond inside the residence.











Raymond was reportedly issued a stay away order of protection just hours before the alleged incident.

Police said he was arrested and taken to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.

Raymond is charged with second-degree criminal contempt, aggravated family offense and second-degree criminal trespass.
