Two Face Drug Charges In Randolph After Traffic Stop

RANDOLPH – New York State Police Troopers made a pair of drug-related arrests during a traffic stop Saturday on Main Street in Randolph.

Monique Knuth, 29, of Randolph, was charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and Rodney Walters, 33, of Randolph, with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Knuth was also charged with possession of controlled substances by ultimate users original container.





Troopers said Walters was pulled over on Main Street in Randolph for an alleged traffic violation and a check of Walters’ license revealed that his driving privileges were suspended.

Further investigation revealed that Walters was in possession of three bags of methamphetamine and passenger Knuth was in possession of a vape cartridge containing THC oil, a crack pipe containing residue and a bag with four hydrocodone pills, according to Trooopers.

Both Knuth and Walters were placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and released with appearance tickets directing them to appear in the Town of Randolph Court next month.
