18-Year-Old Driver Arrested For DWI Following Head-On Collision

JAMESTOWN – An 18-year-old Jamestown native was allegedly under the influence of alcohol when her vehicle drove into a lane of another vehicle and hit it head on Sunday morning in the area of Allen and King Streets, according to the Jamestown Police Department. 

In addition, police said that Michelle R. Grimm allegedly had a 15-year-old passenger in the vehicle at the time of the accident.

Grimm is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.











Grimm was transported to Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.
